including discounts, as retail chain book stores.
Ordering
Independent book stores, museum gift shops, libraries,
other retailers, and distributors can order our books or the hard to find books we
distribute (Éditions du Breil Waterways Guides (French canals) and Paradise
Press' Pedallers' Paradise (New Zealand cycling guides)) by sending us an email,
telephoning/faxing us (585 244-6157), or mailing us a purchase order.
Many independent retailers do not use purchase orders.That's
fine! We send independent retailers, libraries and distributors an invoice with the
books they order and they send us a check!
We will drop ship a book to your customer.Your return address
will appear on the address label. No indication that we fulfilled an order for you will
appear on or in the package.

for Email Ordering which you can highlight and then copy/paste to email after clicking

about having you do two computer operations.
Book store chains: We have vendor account numbers with
the major retail book store chains and bill their home offices directly. If you
represent the branch of a retail book store chain and want to expedite your special
order you must have a purchase order number. With the magic PO number in hand, simply
e-mail or telephone us the PO No.; the name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone
no., contact person at your store; AND the quantities and titles of the books you are
ordering. Highlight and copy the Pro-forma for Email
Ordering then click on cyclotour@cyclotour.com
and paste the form on to the email. Provide the information requested, press send and
we will promptly ship your order. We suggest that book buyers at branches of chain store
retailers contact the small press book buyer at their chain's headquarters to have our
tour guides stocked in all branches of the chain.

reviewer at the editorial offices of the publication or media. As a courtesy please
send Cyclotour Guide Books a copy of the article or review. Hey, we even enclose a
stamped self-addressed envelope for you to send us the article/review!
Cover Pictures
We have .jpg, .pdf and other format pictures of our book covers.
We will be happy to provide them to you free of charge. We usually send these via email
but if your webmaster prefers to have the cover pictures sent as a 3.25 floppy disk, CD or
some other format we'll be happy to accommodate your needs. Along with the pictures of our
book covers we also can send you blurbs for your web site. Please specify the maximum
number of words you can accommodate. Sometimes we can be wordy but we try to keep the
blurb to approximately 100-250 words.
