Cyclotour Guide Books
Cycling Travel Books & Tour Guide Books: Erie Canal, Lake Ontario,
Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Finger Lakes & Lake Huron
Cycling Destination Guides for Canaling & Bicycling in France & New Zealand

Our basic contact information and mission statement are on this page.
We suggest you first go to the Great Lakes, and New York State pages to read
descriptions of our tour books for circumnavigating Lake Ontario, Lake Michigan,
Lake Erie, Lake Huron, and Lake Superior; the Erie Canal, Hudson River Valley and
the Finger Lakes.
You can view descriptions of bicycle maps and books for other areas of the

USA (Massachusettes, Lewis & Clark Trail), Canada (Stratford, Ontario), New Zealand,
or the French Canal system by going either directly to those pages or to the more general
Maps & Books page.
To order our acclaimed Cyclotour Tour Guides, books, maps, and other products
from our web site just click: Order Form here or at the top or bottom of any page. You

can also order our books by visiting your local bookstore or bikeshop. An email to:
cyclotour@cyclotour.com with your name, address, telephone number and the title of the
books you want to order will bring a tour guide to your post box.
Of course you can download How to Box a Bicycle and any of the newsletter articles
for your club's publication or a commercial publication.
The Featured Biking Areas has sample text and maps from our bicycling tour guides.
Enough of this descriptive stuff.  With mouse in hand pedal around our site as if you're

bicycle touring!

Our Mission

We publish and distribute comprehensive bicycle touring guide books for the self-reliant
bicycle tourist - the cyclotourist.
We design local bicycle loop route brochures for municipalities; convention and visitors

bureaus; tourist offices; chambers of commerce; and businesses.
We publish books which have a limited market potential.
We welcome your questions about bicycle touring, bicycling advocacy and bicycling as

a recreational activity.
